How to use the cooling insert?
Before use, place it in the refrigerator for at least 6–8 hours (or in the freezer for a maximum of 30 minutes to prevent it from freezing). Once placed inside the special compartment of the pencil case, it will help maintain a stable temperature for your medication for several hours – enough for an active day away from home (details above).
